The other two security guards apologized profusely saying they really wish they could do something. Supporting that type of behavior leads to broken societies where cash out weights character. I am not a high roller here I very rarely if ever come here however I am at three other casinos I encourage everyone to never come and support that kind of behavior what is wrong is wrong and shouldn't matter if you have money or not. I understand claiming abandoned stop play however if it was reversed we would have been kicked out and banned for life and police would be involved this is what we were told. Then to upper level managers got involved and everything changed we were told it was our fault and no action will be taken. At first security was more than happy to help us promising action Shane not only was it wrong but they did not tolerate this type of behavior especially because it was on camera and there were no questions. Not only did he admit it he was quite rude about it.

We came immediately back and another player had sat down and used the free play. We were playing in high limit and cashed out however unlike most casinos any free play you transfer stays on the machine even if you pull your card out. I've been to the casinos in Vegas and it was such a different experience.ĭO NOT SUPPORT!!! My brother and I came here to have some fun and grab a bite to eat. I was so disappointed with my groups experience with this casino.
Once inside the casino, I saw multiple people without mask include multiple employees. I turned to her and stated that obviously she didn't have to provide anything including good customer service. She promptly told me that she didn't have to provide anything (I wasn't asking her personally). I said to her that I would like for her to pass on a recommendation of having masks for people if it is mandated or having the vending machine outside or in the lobby so that people can actually find it. She knew we had already had our photos taken before but insisted we do that again. We left and walked to the bus station to purchase masks.
He again couldn't find them but another employee said the machines were outside and by the bus station. She was frustrated but told him directions again which involved multiple turns. When they couldn't he returned to the lady and asked again where they were. Well one member of our party found a mask in their bag and attempted to find the machines. We asked if any were available and she said there were vending machines inside the casino with masks to purchase. She informed us that we couldn't enter without a mask. There was a young lady working the intake area. We decided to go into the casino as some of us hadn't been. We don't live in Baltimore and since there isn't a mask mandate for the stadium, we didn't have masks. I’m eternally grateful.Several weeks ago around 5-5:30 a group of us arrived for the football game. Thanks Gerry and Skylab for your masterful “surgery” which brought my music back to life.
